1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products and services offered through annelischoen.com by Luname OÜ (registry code 14712164), registered at Uus tn 58-25, 50606 Tartu, Estonia.

By purchasing a product or service through this website, you enter into an agreement with Luname OÜ under these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Clarity Compass

The Clarity Compass is a private, voice-led guided digital experience designed to support personal reflection and help you gain greater clarity about your current situation and a possible next step.

The experience includes recorded guidance, reflective prompts and written responses. Selected responses are transferred into a personalised Personal Compass PDF using your own words, without interpretation or rewriting.

The Clarity Compass is a self-guided reflective experience. It is not therapy, medical or mental health treatment, legal or financial advice, and it is not intended to replace professional support where such support is needed.

The experience does not provide or prescribe decisions for you. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.

3. Purchase, Price and Access

The price shown at the time of purchase is the total price payable for The Clarity Compass, unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. Your purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

The Clarity Compass is delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive instructions for accessing the experience electronically using the email address provided during checkout.

The Clarity Compass is intended for your personal use. Access and materials provided as part of the experience may not be shared, resold, reproduced for commercial purposes or made available to others without prior written permission from Luname OÜ.

4. Using The Clarity Compass

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection and browser to access and use The Clarity Compass.

The experience is designed to be completed online. You may pause and return to it, but the ability to retain unfinished responses may depend on using the same browser and device and on your browser settings.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or completing the experience, please contact anneli@annelischoen.com so that we can investigate the issue and, where reasonably possible, restore or provide access.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you purchase The Clarity Compass as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer law.

Certain exceptions may apply to digital content or services once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and, where required by law, acknowledgement of the consequences for the right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

6. Your Personal Compass

As part of The Clarity Compass, selected responses you provide during the experience are used to create your Personal Compass.

Your responses are transferred as you entered them. They are not interpreted, rewritten, corrected, translated or used to generate conclusions about you.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the experience. Please avoid including information about other people that you do not have the right to share.

7. Intellectual Property

The Clarity Compass, including its structure, recorded guidance, written prompts, design, text and other materials created by Luname OÜ, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of Luname OÜ or the relevant rights holder.

Your own written responses and reflections remain yours.

Purchasing The Clarity Compass gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the experience and its materials for your own personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit The Clarity Compass or its materials without prior written permission from Luname OÜ.

8. Availability and Liability

We aim to make The Clarity Compass available and functional as described, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing or using the experience as intended, please contact anneli@annelischoen.com so that we can take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luname OÜ is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions or actions you take based on your personal reflections during or after The Clarity Compass.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and your agreement with Luname OÜ are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at anneli@annelischoen.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

If you are a consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may also have the right to use applicable consumer dispute resolution procedures or contact the relevant consumer protection authority.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to The Clarity Compass, our business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The version of the Terms that applies to your purchase is the version made available to you at the time of that purchase. Changes made later will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing purchase unless required by law.
